Four ways to be part of DAD
Whether you’re a business, charity, or individual — there’s a place for you at the world’s largest voluntary-led disability exhibition.
Exhibit
Book your place at DAD 2026 and showcase your products, services or organisation to thousands of visitors. Our rates are very competitive and we provide generous 3m × 3m spaces with options for undercover or outside locations.
Over 500 exhibitor spaces are available across our tented village for voluntary, statutory and business organisations.
Sponsor
Demonstrate your corporate social responsibility by becoming a DAD sponsor. Your brand will reach thousands of visitors and be featured across 75,000 flyers, 5,000 posters, and our website attracting over 400,000 hits a year.
Corporate sponsorship starts at £5,000 and includes exhibition stands, programme advertising, VIP reception and Disability Confident training.
Advertise
Promote your business on the DAD website or in the 48-page printed event programme distributed to every visitor on the day. Advertising prices start at just £160.
Volunteer
DAD is powered by volunteers. We need stewards, enablers, BSL interpreters, general assistants, admin support and ad-hoc promotions help. Join “DAD’s Army” and help deliver an amazing event.
