10am – 1pm Disability Awareness and Smart Heart Event
Walton Hall & Gardens: Warrington Disability Partnership & Warrington and Halton Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust present a fun workshop for primary school pupils and their teachers. Aimed at raising awareness of disability and heart related long-term conditions. This event is free, preregistration is required: Contact John Balshaw 01925 240064.
12noon - 4pm End of Life Stakeholder Event
Walton Hall and Gardens: Warrington and Halton Clinical Commissioning Groups invite you to help them to shape future care pathways. Preregistration is required : Contact Katie Horan 01925 843745
6.15pm – 9.30pm Frogtastic in the Park
Arts Marquee, Walton Gardens: Featuring fantastic Tribute Artists ‘Robbie Williams / UB40 / The 80’s & Swing’ plus special guests including DJ’s from the famous Frogtastic Club Night. 10.30am – 12.30pm Northwest Boroughs Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust Annual Involvement Event.
Arts Marquee, Walton Gardens. A celebration event recognising the wide range of activities carried out by volunteers across the Trust. Includes presentation of the Harry Blackman Award to the year’s outstanding volunteer. Contact Dennis 01925 664450
12:30 to 3.30pm: Ignite Your Life. Mental Health & Wellbeing Workshops & Exhibition
Arts Marquee, Walton Gardens. Northwest Boroughs Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust invites you to join them for a fun afternoon of workshops and activities, advice and information from local support services, complimentary therapies, healthy eating, art, crafts and sports. 7pm – 10pm - “Ella’s Summer Time Special”
Arts Marquee, Walton Gardens: The Ella Performance Group, one of the UK’s leading inclusive drama groups will be performing thrilling and entertaining songs from their recent productions. 12pm – 3pm Warrington Together Health and Wellbeing Workshop and Marketplace
Arts Marquee, Walton Gardens. This event is aimed at people involved in managing, commissioning and delivering health and social care services in Warrington. Visitors will learn about the work of Warrington Together to date and future plans. Key note speakers will outline the benefits of integrated working and the improvements that have been seen in other areas of the country. 6pm- 9.30pm – Children’s Party in the Park
Marquees 9 and 10, Walton Gardens: Warrington Wolves Foundation & Warrington Disability Partnership present a fun filled evening for disabled children/young people, their families and friends. Sports, Arts, Dance, chill out and fun areas. Free admission: Contact Craig 01925 248894.
7pm- 9.30pm – Ella Queens Award for Voluntary Services celebration
Arts Marque, Walton Gardens: Ella Together Performance Group are celebrating receiving a Queens Award for Voluntary Services. The event is open to staff, volunteers, performers and their families.
10am – 12noon – Making Warrington Disability Confident
Walton Hall & Gardens: Warrington Disability Partnership, Jobcentre Plus and Warrington Business Exchange present a workshop on how to make your business or organisation Disability Confident. 7.30pm - 11.30pm DAD Mega Quiz Night, Charity Auction with Hot Food
